I just set-up a payment plan through Care Cap Plus for the outstanding balance remaining on my medical bill. It was an easy, no-hassle process. There were no “pressure tactics” applied either. Tracy was courteous and professional during our conversation, and she treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. That was really important to me as an older patient on a very tight budget.
