I cannot say enough amazing things about the phone call. I just had with Spencer setting up all of my payments and getting the application done. He was beyond nice and patient with me as my three children were going crazy in the background because they all have delayed opening for school today due to the weather, but he was super helpful and you can hear his smile through the phone

No one likes to deal with big medical bills, but I worked with Spencer at Care Cap Plus to deal with a big hospital bill and he was just so kind from the beginning. He worked with me and helped me set up a plan where I wasn’t begging for a better set up 😁 and then he kindly walked me through the whole process.
