I spoke with Avery on Thursday and Friday on Halloween! She made this experience very easy for me. My husband passed away last week and talking to her got me through that day! It was her kindness and patience! Even after I paid my bill on Thursday she called on Friday to make sure I was doing ok! I am grateful for this company and Avery for helping me get through this very hard time.
